Yes. We need access to each lock and at least one working key for each. You (or another verified resident) should be present to let us in and confirm the work.
About 10–15 minutes per lock. A typical home with 3 entry points takes 30–45 minutes total, including cutting new keys and testing everything.
If you have no working key, we would first need to pick or bypass the lock to remove the cylinder. This adds a small fee but is still cheaper than full replacement.
Yes. Rekeying changes the pin configuration so only the new key works. The security level of a rekeyed lock is identical to a brand-new lock of the same grade. If you want a higher security grade, we can recommend an upgrade.
